The Live Notifications Bot monitors publicly available YouTube channels and posts a notification in a designated Discord channel when a monitored channel starts a live stream. Each notification includes the stream's title and its public YouTube URL, directing viewers to watch the broadcast on YouTube.
The bot uses the YouTube Data API v3 in a read-only manner to detect live broadcasts. It does not access any YouTube user account, and it does not download, store, or modify any video content.
